Yes, you can. However, we strongly discourage it and advise to take the test with utmost focus. If you lose your focus due to some other activity during the test, you may commit some mistakes unintentionally and may also run out of time as the timer for test timeline would keep running in the background.
Also note that under no circumstances, the test window must be closed before submission else all the progress attained in the test would be lost. Aakash CBT offers real-like entrance exams and distractions during the test attempts or use of unfair means to score higher is strictly prohibited. To ensure the same, a foolproof MDM functionality has been integrated to the Aakash CBT app that:
1. Lets you start the test only when the airplane/ flight mode is active your device.
2. Auto-submits the test if you navigate away from the test window during the test or leave the test window inactive for more than 30 seconds. Once auto-submitted, you won't be able to take the test again without taking special permission from Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) authorities.

Always make sure that your device has enough battery before starting a test on Aakash CBT app. We also recommend connecting your device to a power bank before starting a test to ensure enough charge to complete the test.
However, in case your device stops due to any reason other than battery draining in the middle of the test, you need to restart it and navigate to the start test screen on the Aakash CBT app and click “Resume test” and continue from where you left off.

Try not missing a test but in case, if you do, the same test can be accessed as practice test that can be attempted later any time. The drawback is that attempting a practice test does not record your score and is not considered for institute-level and batch-level performance analysis.
Tests on Aakash CBT will be live for attempting as per the schedule set up by the academic team. Support hours, however, will only be between 10:00am and 7:00pm.
