Job Description

• Counseling prospective parents (for new admissions) and guiding them through school admission procedure • Counseling through Calling, E-mail and walk in. • Handling any kind of Parent enquiry • Candidate should ensure that the branch operates in a proper manner and efficiently as per processes. • Should be a true task master with daily reporting. • Should co-ordinate with all departments of AESPL • Preparation of circulars on policy matters and guidelines of general administration • Take care of complete Discipline in staff and students. • To manage non-instruction functions and activities; coordinates special events, volunteer coordination, parent/family involvement, transportation, and building maintenance; receives, distributes and communicates information to administer school • Ensures general cleanliness, appearance and safety of all buildings are maintained to acceptable school standards. • Manages emergencies brought to their attention, deciding on the best course of action and either dealing with the situation if appropriate or referring it to branch manager. Has to maintain liaison with the government and local authorities (municipal, electricity, water supply, telephones, postal, etc.)

Desired Profile

• Minimum Graduate with an experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role. • Ability to supervise staff and manage operational functions. Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects. • Ability to effectively manage conflict and competing priorities. • Ability to work independently; problem-solve, analyze issues and create action plans. • Decision making skills. • Comprehensive understanding of the operation of schools and the inter-relationship with the community. • Ability to manage confidential, complex and controversial matters. • Strong computer proficiency, including competency with MS Office. • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach. • Ability to work and engage at all levels within the organization. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Language Preferences: 1. English & Hindi (For branches in North) 2. English, Hindi, Tamil & Malyalam (For branches in South ) 3. English, Hindi, Telugu & Kannada (For branches in South) Excellent communication skills (as per languages mentioned above) Attention to detail ability.
