Mr. J.C. Chaudhry is the Chairman and Managing Director at Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL). He is also one of the Promoters. He has been a Director of the Company since October 15, 2007. He was appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 1, 2008. He has been and is responsible for the overall supervision, direction and management of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Punjab University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Jammu. He also holds a Master’s degree in Science (Botany) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Pilani, Rajasthan. He has worked at Government (Comp.) Model Senior Secondary School, Matiala, New Delhi and Government (Comp.) Model Co-Ed Senior Secondary School, Vikaspuri, New Delhi as a principal, at Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration and Hansraj Model School, New Delhi as a post graduate teacher in Biology and at Vaish College, Bhiwani as a lecturer. He has received various awards such as the Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Memorial National Teachers Award 2002 by the Freedom Fighter Welfare Society, the Person of the Year Award 2015-16 from Asia One and the World’s Greatest Leaders 2015-16 – India from Asia One.

Aakash Chaudhry is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Whole-Time Director at AESL. He has worked with top IT firms like Infosys Technologies and Cognizant Technology Solutions, before joining AESL. He is passionate towards the cause & need of education for deserving minds. He is on a mission to take quality education through impactful delivery channels across the length and breadth of the country. With his dedication, commitment and vision he has taken the Aakash brand to unparalleled heights. With the help of new age systems of operation, talented team under him, technological advancements, automation and cutting edge marketing services, he has re-defined the classroom services in the industry. Mr. Aakash Chaudhry is the brain behind company's IIT-JEE services, Foundation services as well as its Digital programs and products portfolio.

Mr. Chaudhry is also Founder and Trustee at Plaksha University (www.plaksha.org).

In 2018, Mr. Chaudhry was recognised as one of the disruptive leaders by Business World and was named in the coveted "40 Under 40" young leaders list.

Aakash is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. By profession, he is an engineer with a bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

Mr. Hemant Sultania, aged 46 years, is the Chief Financial Officer at Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL). He joined the Company on July 30, 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 21 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with Bata India Limited as Vice President (Finance), Dr Lal Path Labs Private Limited and Vaibhav Global Limited as Chief Financial Officer and with S.R. Batliboi & Co.
